Project Manager - Construction

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage projects and to provide technical and management guidance to the assigned project engineer. Monitoring all projects closely to ensure the project engineer manages the project within the given time, cost and quality constraint stipulated in the contract.
• Conducting a site survey and negotiating with sub‑contractors to get the best price‑performance solution for the company.
• Requiring access to certain authorities for approval and preparing project documentation.
• Ensuring the project meets the quality standards expected by the customer.
• Training and maintaining a team of competent and motivated project engineers and setting KPIs for engineers/technicians to track performance.
• Continuously evaluating the SOP process and enhancing existing procedures for the department when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Candidates with a diploma and above and with good experience will also be considered.
• Good team spirit, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to work long hours.
• Preferably with 10 years of working experience in construction industries.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment.
• Good command in English for both oral and written communication.
