Job summary

H A S ENERGY INDUSTRIAL (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Project Engineer for a Data Centre project in Rawang, Selangor. The role requires M&E project experience and hands-on coordination at the Rawang site to support installation, testing and commissioning activities.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and can read technical drawings and specifications. CIDB registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in M&E, construction, or project engineering.
• Good knowledge of M&E systems, installation, testing & commissioning.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E installation, testing and commissioning on the Data Centre project.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to support field engineers.
• Provide on-site coordination at Rawang site and ensure work meets CIDB requirements.
• Support project management with scheduling, progress tracking and issue resolution.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in M&E, construction, or project engineering.

Good knowledge of M&E systems, installation, testing & commissioning.

Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.

Valid CIDB registration.

Own transportation and willing to work at Rawang site.

Able to join immediately or with short notice is an advantage.
