TERAS IMPIANA SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Project Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to drive successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring timeliness, budget adherence, and high quality standards.

The role emphasizes coordination with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to meet project milestones. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong technical knowledge of construction methods, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.

About the role TERAS IMPIANA SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Descriptions:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, including monitoring progress, managing resources, and addressing any issues that arise

Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution

Reviewing and approving project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Managing project documentation, including reports, timesheets, and invoices

Identifying and mitigating potential risks, and implementing appropriate measures to address them

Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team, and mentoring junior staff as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a Project Engineer in the engineering and construction industry, preferably in a similar role.

Experience in handling projects involving generators, electrical and mechanical systems.

Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and project management principles.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and other relevant engineering software.

Good understanding of construction regulations, industry standards and occupational safety and health requirements.

Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
