Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a project coordinator to manage Telco tower system installations and site commissioning. You will attend site meetings and organize essential project documentation, including drawings and schedules.

The role also supports mobilization, handover, and ongoing site supervision to ensure timely progress. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and IT skills, with readiness to work long hours and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Engineering diploma or degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Arrange installation of systems for Telco towers and commissioning at project sites.
• Attend project site meetings and prepare all required documentation (drawings, schematics, schedules).
• Assist team on project mobilization and handover.
• Demonstrate project management and supervision skills.
• Monitor work in progress.

Job scope

• To arrange installation of systems for Telco tower as well as commissioning of project site
• To attend project site meeting and to arrange all documentation required for a project. eg drawings, schematic diagrams, work progress schedule.
• To assist other team on project mobilization and project handover
• Project management and supervision skills
• Monitors work in progress

Requirement

• Candidates must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Require to work long hour
• Excellent software such as AutoCAD
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in microsoft office and good knowledge in IT
• Hardworking
• Good leadership
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Independent & able to work under pressure
