Job summary

Confidential Jobs in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a qualified engineer to coordinate and execute aftermarket service activities, ensuring ISO9001 QMS compliance and strict QHSE adherence. You will liaise with customers, principals, supervisors, technicians and sub-contractors to deliver projects on time.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a relevant engineering degree. You'll develop progress reports, maintain project records, and support technical inquiries while upholding

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

To co-ordinate and execute aftermarket service activities.
Comply with the requirements of competence management system. Performance Base on Competency Program (PBCP)
Adhere to Company and/or customer’s QHSE requirement
To establish close contacts with relevant customer personnel.
To establish close contact with relevant principal personnel.
To manage and coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and sub-contractors for in-house or site work.
To execute project expectations together with other team members.
To monitor project progress and keep proper project filing records.
Develop and deliver progress reports and other required documents.
To support all project technical enquiries/issues.
To implement Company’s ISO9001 Quality Management System policies and procedures.
Perform tasks and responsibilities beyond those explicitly outlined in the job description as and when required, provided such tasks are reasonably related to the job and fall within the scope of your qualifications and expertise

Education

Relevant Degree in Engineering or equivalent
