Job summary

Goh Fong Earthwork & Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a site construction professional to plan weekly and monthly work programs, and to monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

You will ensure that on-site quality meets design specifications, manage safety to maintain a safe working environment, and prepare reports while reporting progress and problems promptly. The role centers on efficient execution and client satisfaction.

Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site construction work plans (weekly, monthly, and overall) and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure that the construction quality meets the design requirements and specifications internally, and to solve problems and issues during the construction process.
• Responsible for site safety management to ensure a safe environment during construction
• Prepare construction site reports and associated paperwork, and promptly report problems and work progress.
• Take part in project acceptance and execution to guarantee efficient execution and client satisfaction
