Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to resolve client security issues promptly.
• Provide comprehensive support and maintenance including preventive maintenance, upgrades, and system training.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve satisfaction.
• Manage service and maintenance contract renewals in the designated region.
• Ensure service requests adhere to company standards and policies.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and address daily troubleshooting needs.
• Follow up on open technical issues until resolved.
• Take ownership of service-related issues after handover by the project team.

This position provides comprehensive support services for security systems, ensuring client satisfaction through troubleshooting, product and technology proficiency, and continuous improvement. Strong client relations are a priority, delivered in line with company standards and policies for timely preventive maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative to resolve clients' security system issues in a timely manner
• Deliver comprehensive support and maintenance services, including routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, expansions, alterations, and systems training
• Build strong client partnerships while continuously working to enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage support and maintenance contract renewals
• Ensure service excellence by strictly adhering to company standards and policies for service requests within the designated region
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and address daily troubleshooting needs
• Follow up thoroughly on all open technical issues until fully resolved
• Assume ownership of service-related issues once external handover is completed by the project team

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in the security systems field, with knowledge of access control, CCTV, and alarm systems considered a plus
