Job summary

Vodapro Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer – Sales & Technical Support to back our Sales and Project teams in delivering instrumentation and engineering solutions for water, wastewater, and industrial sectors. You will bridge technical work with customer interaction, understanding requirements and coordinating projects from quotation to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; candidates with 1–3 years of engineering/project experience will have an advantage.
• Experience in instrumentation, process control, water treatment or wastewater treatment will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Sales Team for enquiries, quotations and project discussions.
• Review customer specifications, drawings, datasheets and technical requirements.
• Assist in product selection and system configuration according to customer applications.
• Prepare technical proposals, datasheets, compliance statements, drawings and project documentation.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits and technical discussions when required.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, suppliers and internal Sales & Service teams.
• Follow up on project schedules, documentation, delivery, installation and commissioning activities.
• Assist with tenders and preparation of technical submissions.
• Support testing and commissioning when required.
• Troubleshoot project-related technical issues and coordinate solutions with the relevant teams.
• Ensure projects are completed according to technical requirements and agreed schedules.

PROJECT ENGINEER – SALES & TECHNICAL SUPPORT

About the Role

Vodapro Sdn Bhd is looking for a Project Engineer – Sales & Technical Support to support our Sales and Project teams in delivering instrumentation and engineering solutions for the water, wastewater and industrial sectors.

This position is suitable for an engineer who enjoys both technical work and customer interaction. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposals, coordinate projects and ensure smooth project execution from quotation stage until commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Sales Team for enquiries, quotations and project discussions.
