Job summary

IQI Concept in Malaysia is seeking an Interior Designer with at least 2 years of residential project experience. You will craft creative spaces, prepare drawings, and coordinate with contractors and teams to deliver quality projects on schedule.

The role requires a diploma/degree in Interior Design or Architecture and strong English/Mandarin communication. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, and SketchUp is essential.

What You'll Be Doing:

Able to generate innovative, creative and trendy designs in accordance to the client’s requirements and budget.

To prepare proposal drawings for design presentations and detailed drawings for confirmed projects.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Coordinate between client and all internal departments to ensure smooth progress and handover of the project.

To undertake any responsibilities assigned by superiors or management of the company.

To complete tasks given with excellent time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin language to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Proficient in AUTOCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp or similar design software.

Min 2 years of working experience in residential projects.
