Job summary

Vertiv Malaysia in Johor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist the Project Management Team in coordinating and delivering assigned projects with appointed vendors. You will oversee schedules, resources, and client communications to ensure successful implementation within budget and timeframes.

Applicants should have a engineering degree and 7–10 years of enterprise/IT project management experience, with strong leadership, negotiation, and bilingual English and Bahasa Malaysia

Qualifications

• A Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 7–10 years' experience in enterprise/IT and turnkey data centre project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and bilingual (English and Bahasa Malaysia) abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments to secure resources for projects under supervision.
• Understand customer needs to achieve project goals and high satisfaction.
• Participate in project meetings with customers.
• Prepare schedules and allocate human resources to meet budget and timeframes.
• Ensure on-site M&E coordination and quality from PO to payment receipt.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and Vertiv divisions.
