Job summary

Foto-Zzoom Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Executive to oversee project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while maintaining quality. You will coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, monitor progress, and report on performance.

The role requires strong organization, proficiency in MS Office, and 2D AutoCAD skills. Travel and weekend/overtime flexibility are needed to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced project environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skilled in 2D AutoCAD floor plan sketching.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to convey plans and ensure stakeholders understand methods and delivery expectations.
• Willingness to travel and have own transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/Public Holidays; willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Continuously monitor project timelines and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Plan and execute project activities, including sourcing suppliers and procuring items.
• Act as the main contact for contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Distribute drawings, communicate construction methods, and ensure delivery commitments.
• Oversee quality of work and materials to meet specs.
• Coordinate handover of completed projects to required standards.
• Generate weekly site reports detailing progress and challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
