Job summary

OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery in a banking environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure on-time, quality outcomes that align with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in a related field, 5+ years of PM experience, and relevant certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Agile and adaptable with ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
• Certified in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
