Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to drive major initiatives and transform how financial services are delivered. You will work with stakeholders to shape project objectives, craft plans, and ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, a strong analytical mindset, and relevant certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile). This is a demanding, growth-focused role in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking/finance.
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Agile mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
  • Certified in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

  • Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify deliverables.

  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
