Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Project Delivery Manager in Malaysia to lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards. You will engage with stakeholders, define project scope, and coordinate multi-vendor teams across banking initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong analytical and communication skills, and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/Agile.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Agile and adaptable, with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
  • Certified in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify deliverables.
  • Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Project Delivery Manager
