Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to lead large-scale banking projects in a dynamic environment. You will work with stakeholders to define scope, plans, and deliverables, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes with a focus on quality.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, and holds PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Agile and adaptable, with ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
• Certified in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
