Job summary

Capcon Asia is seeking a Service Delivery Manager / IT Project Manager to lead software engineering teams and oversee end-to-end project delivery from Petaling Jaya. The role focuses on ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to SLAs.

You will manage incidents, coordinate with 3rd party providers, and drive improvements while aligning with ITIL-based processes and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience driving software/IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Proven ability to manage third-party service providers and vendors.
• Solid understanding of escalation, incident management, and resource planning (ITIL principles).

Responsibilities

• Lead a software engineering team including recruitment, performance reviews and mentoring.
• Own end-to-end delivery scope and ensure quality standards and SLAs are met.
• Oversee incident handling, post-incident reviews and root cause analyses.
• Deliver service-delivery performance reports to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical partners to set standards for software, infrastructure and security.
• Ensure projects comply with latest outsourcing and security guidelines.
