Job summary

Setia Awan Land Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all technical and contractual matters across assigned projects, including pre-tender, tender, post-contract and final accounts.

The role ensures adherence to SOPs, cost control, timely delivery within budget and ISO/compliance, with strong leadership and communication to keep the project team aligned and focused on quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• At least 6 years of managerial experience in project or property management.
• Experience in property development/real estate is advantageous.
• Able to function as an effective team member and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong costing and contract administration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contract management activities across projects in line with SOP.
• Lead pre-tender, tender, post-contract and final account processes.
• Verify contractor/ supplier registrations and monitor cost controls.
• Ensure on-time delivery within approved budget and quality standards.
• Foster cohesive project team collaboration and regulatory compliance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage risks.
