Job summary

GENIUS COOLING TOWERS GLOBAL Malaysia is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to help obtain information, finalize project scope, and support planning and scheduling for multiple client projects.

You will coordinate workflow, organize resources, and liaise with internal and external contacts, ensuring milestones are met and site conditions are checked before deliveries. Some travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business/management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of project coordination experience preferred.
• Willing to travel occasionally to client sites or other company locations.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information and finalize project scope and requirements.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling and coordinating to meet milestones and objectives.
• Assist in organizing workflow including personnel, equipment and materials for project execution.
• Follow up site conditions before delivery onsite.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts on work requirements.
• Record daily OT for Site Supervisor & Service Team workers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
