Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking an FPSO Product Development Manager to lead offshore asset product development. You will collaborate with the Framing manager to align client needs with development work and oversee the development leads and engineers.

You will validate plans, foster collaboration with internal stakeholders (I&G/Technology/GRS), ensure compatibility with project execution, and handle communication and reporting. A strong engineering background is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Validate product development plans issued by the leads.
• Ensure and foster collaboration with internal stakeholders such as I & G/Technology/GRS.

Responsibilities

• The FPSO Product Development manager has the overall responsibility to:
• Collaborate with Framing manager to monitor client needs and identify product to be developped
• Assign the product development leads and product devlopement engineers
• Validate product development plans issued by the leads
• Ensure and foster collaboration with Internal stakeholders such as I &G/Technology/GRS
• Ensure that product developed are compatible with the project execution
• Prepare communication and reporting
• University degree in a relevant engineering discipline

Experience

• 15 yearsâ experience in offshore industry
• Relevant construction, Operation, Installation, Supply Chain experiences
• Good technical knowledge of the company's products
