Job summary

Akitek Akiprima Sdn Bhd invites passionate architects in Penang to join the team from concept design through construction. You will contribute to a range of projects and collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

The role emphasizes both creative and technical aspects of architecture, with opportunities to develop design development, planning submissions, detailing, and site coordination. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with preference for Part II holders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Part II) or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong design ability and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Own transport is required.

Job description

Join our growing architectural team and be part of exciting projects from concept development to completion. We are looking for passionate, creative, and technically capable individuals who enjoy design, problem-solving, and delivering quality architecture.

Participate in design development, planning submissions, detailing, and project coordination.

Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities

Contribute to projects across all phases - from conceptual design to site implementation

Be involved in both creative and technical aspects of architecture

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Part II) or equivalent preferred

Minimum 3 years relevant working experience preferred

Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp. Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, D5 and related design software will be of advantage.

Good understanding of construction methods, detailing, and technical coordination

Able to work independently with strong communication and coordination skills

Experience in contract administration and site supervision is an advantage

Possess own transport

Fresh graduates with strong design ability and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
