Job summary

ARKITEK NURINA MATNOR seeks a Graduate Architect (Part 1 or Part 2) with 3–5 years of experience to oversee architectural projects in Kuching, Malaysia.

You will be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and Photoshop, with strong rendering and presentation skills. You will manage contracts, coordinate BP submissions with authorities, and prepare tender drawings. Travel readiness and bilingual Malay-English ability are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate Part 1 or Part 2 in Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and rendering with good presentation skill.
• Good Command in Bahasa Melayu & English (Oral & Written)
• Able to manage, administer projects & construction contracts.
• Experienced in BP submission bye-laws and liaison task Authorities and PBT.
• Able to prepare tender drawings & detailings.
• Willing to travel.
