Job summary

The role involves handling correspondence, filing, and coordinating between internal departments and external vendors. Responsibilities include assisting with audit preparations, maintaining records for LV & HT electrical cabling, telecom data cabling, CCTV, PA systems, and other installed systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update controlled documents for ISO
• Support audit preparation and assist in retrieving records during internal and external audits
• Handle correspondence letters
• Filing management
• Support project team in administrative tasks
• Manage internal and external LV & HT electrical cabling documentation
• Coordinate telecommunications & HS data cabling records
• Assist with PABX, Public Address & Sound Systems documentation
• Assist with CCTV, security alarm and security intercom system records
• Assist with standby generators, acoustic treatment installation records
• UPS solutions documentation
• Lightning protection & earthing installation paperwork
• Air conditioning & ventilation systems maintenance documentation
• General maintenance services coordination
