Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support NPI system setup and execution.
• Support daily NPI sample builds, engineering activities, qualification runs.
• Monitor materials, schedule lots, and ensure timely production execution.
• Track WIP and shipment status, escalating issues as needed.
• Prepare SMR documents and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Liaise with Global Logistics for daily sample shipments and on-time delivery.
• Update daily progress records and test data tracking.
• Compile NPI project commercial charges records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

1. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Equipment, Planning, IT, Customer Engineering, Quality, Logistics, etc.) to support NPI system setup and execution.
2. Support daily execution of NPI sample builds, engineering activities, qualification runs.
3. Monitor incoming materials, execute lot scheduling based on Program Manager/Product Lead priorities, and ensure timely production execution.
4. Track lot movement and work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution, proactively highlighting issues, risks, and required support.
5. Coordinate SMR preparation, system setup, and document readiness with relevant functional teams.
6. Liaise with the Global Logistics (GL) team to arrange daily sample shipments and ensure on-time customer delivery.
7. Update daily WIP summary, lot progress, shipment status, or test data tracking.
8. Compile NPI project commercial charges records.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Secondary Duties:

1. Support cross-functional engineering and operational activities as required.
2. Improvement initiatives to enhance execution efficiency, reporting accuracy.

Job Qualifications

Must Have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/non-Engineering,
