Job summary

V.S. Industry Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Program Manager to lead and manage program activities, ensuring objectives and customer requirements are met. You will coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to drive successful new product launches.

You will monitor progress, manage risks, provide guidance to the team, and nurture strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced EMS environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in program management, project management, customer management, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or EMS is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program activities to meet departmental objectives and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product launches according to project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor and track program progress, including changes, priorities, risks, and action plans, to achieve project goals.
• Provide guidance and support to the program team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage customer-related business risks, including claims, write-offs, and commercial issues.
• Analyze customer forecasts and waterfall charts to support capacity and business planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, or EMS industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Senai, Johor.
