Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited in Senai, Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Program Executive to coordinate customer programs and drive operational excellence. • Effective team player with ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational trends and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Ensure customer and company requirements are met in quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness.
• Drive productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels to support operational efficiency and demand.
