Job summary

Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd seeks a team member to support Program Managers with tactical activities and enhance productivity. This role involves administrative assistance to ensure that customer service and critical metrics are optimized.

You will execute daily tasks like running delivery reports and engaging with customers for order management. A diploma and experience in an electronics manufacturing environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of related experience is preferred.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.

• Provides administrative assistance to PMs and CFT.
• Executes daily tactical tasks such as running OTD reports.
• Daily customer interface for POs, shipment arrangement/tracking.

Job description

Purpose Statement:

Supports Program Managers with tactical activities, liaising with the Customer Focus Team (CFT), Plexus functional areas and potentially junior customer representatives. Position is designed to provide increased productivity and effectiveness of the program management function.

Key Job Accountabilities:

Provides administrative assistance to PMs and CFT to enable the CFT to focus on customer service and critical metrics.

Executes daily tactical tasks related such as running on-time delivery (OTD) reports, WIP/backlog/revenue/shipment reports, and raw materials/finished goods shipments.

Daily customer interface for POs, shipment arrangement/tracking, commitment dates on orders, customer queries and requests. May work on cNPS activities. Delivery of accurate and timely data in an independent manner.

Basic communication with customers and coordination with CFT.

Additional Accountabilities:

Update CFT or customer trackers, download customer data from portals/additional sites, work with NCM for customer return.

FIA & NREs recovery and potentially supporting APQP.

RMA engagement in: ship arrangement, classification creation, etc. (SRV focused but may be applicable based on site structure). Potentially manage credit notes, manage billing paperwork (scrap, PPV, consignment, NRE, etc) and enter SO for special billing activities.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

Diploma / Associate's Degree with 3 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
