Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a hands-on manufacturing specialist to contribute to the efficient, high-quality production of Plexus products. Responsibilities

• Develops / executes manufacturing solutions to satisfy customer requirements and establishes technical specialty.
• Utilizes tools to create, analyze, and verify documentation, programs, models, and processes.
• Demonstrates understanding of Plexus manufacturing processes, product specs, and cross-discipline coordination.
• Supports production line operators and adheres to GMP and Plexus procedures.
• Understands equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup, and operation.

Job description

Purpose Statement: To contribute to the efficient and high-quality production of Plexus products by skillfully performing assigned tasks, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Through continuous learning and collaboration, I strive to optimize processes, identify and troubleshoot issues, and ultimately support Plexus's commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Develops / executes Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty (in-discipline) and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications / cross discipline OR supplier coordination, as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Comprehensive Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
