Job summary

Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned supply chain leader to collaborate across customers, suppliers, and internal teams. The role focuses on designing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory, reduce lead times, and minimize risk in a complex electronics-manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will monitor and interpret Plexus Supply Chain Risk Management tools, act as a subject matter expert, and guide regional sites.

Qualifications

• MBA or related degree; 10+ years of materials experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience in the EMS industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to design and implement supply chain strategies.
• Monitor Plexus Supply Chain Risk Management tools to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as SME in Plexus SCM tools, providing training and guidance to sites/region.
• Develop system enhancements to support Supply Chain Operations, including user testing and troubleshooting.
• Develop and manage supplier executive relationships and participate in site-level procurement initiatives.

Monitor and interpret Plexus Supply Chain Risk Management tools to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in utilization of Plexus Supply Chain Risk Management tools, providing training and guidance to sites/region.

Participate in the development of system enhancements to support Supply Chain Operations, including user testing and troubleshooting.

Develop and manage supplier executive relationships, and participate in the implementation of Supply Chain initiatives strategies on procurement at the site level.

Requirements

• Degree/ Master in Business Administration or a related discipline with minimum 10 years' material experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the EMS industry.
