Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Compliance & Contracting professional within Professional Affairs to manage HCP/HCO engagements, contracts, and related documentation in line with company policies and local laws. The role collaborates with Medical Education, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, R&D and Finance.

Responsibilities include reviewing engagements, preparing contracts, maintaining records, ensuring Sunshine and disclosure compliance, and providing stakeholder reporting and issue resolution within a

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance, Contracting or Professional Affairs within medical/related industry.
• Solid understanding of preparing and managing contracts.
• Confident, professional with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment, following processes and compliance.
• Good working knowledge of English (read & write).
• Excellent communication and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact and advise business units on entering and maintaining compliant HCP/HCO engagements.
• Review and approve proposed HCP/HCO engagements and ensure alignment with Compliance policies and local laws.
• Prepare contracts for HCPs and HCOs and ensure timely execution.
• Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
• Provide contract-related issue resolution and communicate information to stakeholders.
