Job summary

FE GREEN PET (M) SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a Production Technician to operate production machinery and feed raw materials according to SOPs.

You will monitor processes, perform routine checks, assist with maintenance, and ensure quality while logging production data.

This role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, willingness to work shifts, and teamwork in a plastics/polymer environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field
• Experience in plastics, recycling, or polymer manufacturing is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of production machinery, process control, and product quality
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work well in a team environment
• Willing to work shifts and perform light to moderate physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare and feed raw materials and additives into production lines.
• Inspect semi-finished and finished products and maintain accurate production records.
• Assist with basic maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
• Conduct routine checks and calibration of production equipment.
• Perform loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products safely.
• Assist in packing finished products for storage or shipment.
• Report any machinery breakdowns, production issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Support quality control activities and assist in troubleshooting production problems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations and SOPs.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
