Job summary

Tonasco Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking Production Support professionals for MDB and Ultrasonic Cleaning roles in Selangor. You will perform deburring with microscopes and work with ultrasonic cleaning systems to ensure high-quality, clean parts.

Candidates should follow SOPs, maintain records, and be ready to work OT and shifts. Requirements include a high school or SKM certificate, manual dexterity, attention to detail, and experience in a technical manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• MDB: Perform manual deburring on small components; use microscopes and fine tools to remove burrs; inspect parts per drawings and quality standards; report defects per the Non-Conformance Management Procedure.
• Cleanroom: Operate ultrasonic cleaning machines and related equipment; prepare and load parts for cleaning; mix and handle cleaning solutions safely; inspect parts before/after cleaning; document cleaning processes and maintain records; perform maintenance/calibration of equipment.

Production Support – MDB/Ultrasonic Cleaning

Production Support is divided into 2 groups - MDB Support and Cleaning Support.

MDB Support performs precision deburring and finishing operations on small components. This role requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work with microscopes and fine tools to meet strict quality standards.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Support operates ultrasonic cleaning equipment to clean precision components, tools, or medical devices. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of cleaning solutions, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards to ensure the integrity and quality of all cleaned parts.

Key Responsibilities

1. MDB Support

• Perform manual deburring on small-sized components and precision parts.
• Use microscopes and fine hand tools to remove burrs and sharp edges.
• Inspect parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards.
• Report any defects or inconsistencies through Non-Conformance Management Procedure.

2. Cleanroom Support

• Operate ultrasonic cleaning machines and related equipment.
• Prepare and load parts for ultrasonic cleaning according to procedures.
• Mix and handle cleaning solutions safely and accurately.
• Inspect parts before and after cleaning to ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Document cleaning processes and maintain cleaning records.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of cleaning equipment.
