Job summary

SKP BM Electronics Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing line teams at the Johor Senai facility. You will allocate manpower, balance lines, and coordinate line changeovers to hit throughput targets while enforcing SOPs and quality controls.

Responsibilities include shift briefings, attendance management, overtime review, and ensuring PPE usage and 5S audits. The role requires adherence to multiple ISO standards and a strong focus on safety and process discipline.

Qualifications

Job description

Allocate manpower, balance assembly lines, and coordinate line changeovers to achieve throughput targets.

Enforce standard operating procedures, conduct line audits, isolate component defects, and manage electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls.

Conduct shift-start briefings to communicate daily output targets, quality alerts, and safety focus areas.

Manage operator attendance, track absenteeism, and address first-line disciplinary or behavioural issues. Review, verify, and sign off on weekly employee overtime logs.

Enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, lead routine 5S housekeeping audits and adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, and ISO 13485:2016 standards and procedures
