Job summary

SKP BM Electronics in Kulai, Johor, is seeking production staff to allocate manpower, balance lines, and coordinate line changeovers to hit throughput targets. You will enforce SOPs, conduct line audits, isolate component defects, and manage electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls.

Shift briefings will communicate daily output targets, quality alerts, and safety focus areas. We also handle attendance, overtime logs, PPE usage, 5S audits, and ISO standards compliance to ensure quality and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly line environments.
• Ability to enforce SOPs and conduct line audits.
• Attention to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Allocate manpower, balance assembly lines, and coordinate line changeovers to achieve throughput targets.
• Enforce standard operating procedures, conduct line audits, isolate component defects, and manage electrostatic discharge (ESD) controls.
• Conduct shift-start briefings to communicate daily output targets, quality alerts, and safety focus areas.
• Manage operator attendance, track absenteeism, and address first-line disciplinary or behavioural issues.
• Review, verify, and sign off on weekly employee overtime logs.
• Enforce personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, lead routine 5S housekeeping audits and adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, and ISO 13485:2016 standards and procedures
