Job summary

Private Advertiser in Johor is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily precast concrete production and ensure targets are met. You will monitor mould preparation, casting, curing, demoulding, finishing and storage, and coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Planning and Warehouse to keep operations running smoothly.

Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential in this fast-paced environment. Candidate should hold a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Manufacturing, or Production

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in precast concrete or related manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage production workers and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of precast concrete production processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily precast concrete production and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor mould preparation, reinforcement, casting, curing, demoulding, finishing, and storage processes.
• Manage and allocate production manpower effectively.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and production specifications.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Planning, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Monitor production efficiency, material usage, wastage, and downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
• Prepare daily production reports and highlight production issues to management.
