Job summary

Renesas Electronics Malaysia, Kulim, seeks a Lead Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring safety, quality, delivery and productivity targets are met.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Planning, drive continuous improvement, coach operators, and prepare KPI reports for management.

Qualifications

• STPM or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor production environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement tools.
• Experience handling production KPIs, quality issues, or machine downtime.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, reporting, and basic data analysis.
