Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to meet output, quality and cycle time targets.

The ideal candidate holds a degree, has 1–3 years of semiconductor supervisory experience, can work in shifts, and is proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; you will ensure 5S, safety, quality standards and compliance with EHS and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree qualification.
• 1–3 years of production supervisor experience in semiconductors.
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts.
