Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years of direct people-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and day-to-day manufacturing operations.
• Ability to manage production performance with minimal retraining.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet targets, KPIs, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Lead, supervise, and develop production personnel, including manpower planning and work allocation.
• Monitor production efficiency, output, and resource utilization while addressing operational issues.
• Ensure GMP compliance, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct problem-solving and root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and support CAPA.
• Monitor team performance and drive accountability to achieve departmental objectives.
• Lead projects independently from planning through implementation (Level III).
• Drive process improvements and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance output.
