Job summary

APEX SURFACE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD.

seeks a Production Supervisor/Leader/Operator to oversee the surface treatment and metal finishing line, including wet-line chemical treatment, pretreatment and powder coating operations. You will train and supervise operators in jigging, wet-line operation, chemical treatment, and mass production, provide hands-on support, and ensure output, quality, and on-time delivery in line with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of wet-line chemical treatment, pretreatment and powder coating processes.
• Understanding of coating thickness measurement and quality inspection methods.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and production work orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the surface treatment and metal finishing production processes, including wet-line chemical treatment, pretreatment and powder coating operations.
