Job summary

Hi-P International is seeking personnel to monitor and improve production performance in a high-volume manufacturing environment in Malaysia. The role focuses on coordinating material flow, balancing lines, enforcing housekeeping, and driving continuous improvement with the help of training and teamwork.

The position requires coordination with Supervisors, handling cross-training initiatives, and providing data-driven feedback to support groups.

Responsibilities

• To monitor and follow up production performance.
• To coordinate and ensure linearity of material flow and line balancing.
• To enforce good housekeeping and line discipline.
• To motivate the operator’s resources to maximize excellence team building and training.
• To provide time to time feedback, information and data to respective support group.
• To participate and support production problem solving and root cause analysis.
• To monitor and control operator’s absenteeism and turnover.
• To liaise and coordinate between Supervisors on shiftily production activities.
