Job summary

Leeden Hercules in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) seeks an Integration Specialist for Welding, Gases and Safety to plan production activities, oversee safety processes, and manage materials and maintenance. The role requires 1–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and a collaborative team approach.

You will support quality control, supervise housekeeping, and contribute to a safe, efficient production environment while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant disciplines.
• 1–5 years of related experience.
• Task oriented, organized, able to meet deadlines and a good team player.
• Able to interact and communicate well with all levels of people.

Responsibilities

• Plan production activities based on established production schedules and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure Occupational, Health & Safety compliance at the workplace.
• Request raw materials and consumables.
• Maintain the production plant and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Ensure work follows standard procedures and completes on time.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports to superiors.

• Plan production activities based on established production schedules and make daily assignment.


• Ensure Occupational, Health & Safety compliance at workplace.


• Request raw materials and consumables.


• Proper and constant maintenance works at the production plant.


• Ensure quality requirements are met.


• Ensure works are being carried out according to standard working procedures and timely completion.


• Prepare and submit daily production reports to the superior.


• Implement departmental safety programmers to ensure a safe workplace.


• Ensure proper maintenance work of production plants.


• Supervise and ensure cleanliness of the workplace.


• Foster good teamwork and working relationship among workers.


• Assist superior to manage and control inventories of spare parts.


• Responsible for the general housekeeping of the workplace.


• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in relevant disciplines.
