Reporting to the Head of Department, Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating all activities within the respective department to ensure that production schedules are met without compromising product quality or delivery targets. The incumbent will implement company policies and promote the company's philosophy, while instilling awareness among employees to achieve organizational objectives. The role is also responsible for maintaining a high standard of 5S practices and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment on the factory floor. In addition, the incumbent will demonstrate visible leadership through daily actions that support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) improvements.
