Job summary

Upright Talent is seeking a production team leader in Malaysia to oversee daily production, plan schedules, and manage shift operations. You will implement efficiency improvements and cost controls while coordinating with multiple functions to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has Line Leader/Team Leader experience in electronics or battery manufacturing, plus supervisory skills and knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality management.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, process control and quality management is required.
• Previous role as Line Leader / Team Leader with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Able to work cross-functionally to resolve production issues.
• Willingness to undergo training at headquarters overseas.
