Job summary

Linergy Power Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. The role requires strong production management experience, leadership, and the ability to coordinate resources across Quality, Engineering, Planning and Warehouse teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or higher and have at least 3 years in large-scale manufacturing, with experience in lithium battery, electronics, automotive, or lean

• Minimum 3 years of production management experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Experience in lithium battery, electronics, automotive, semiconductor, or lean manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, people management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle production pressure and respond quickly to floor issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and other resources to meet production targets with quality and quantity.
• Manage daily production floor operations and improve efficiency while ensuring safety and discipline.
• Monitor progress, identify abnormalities and take timely action on-site.
• Lead analysis and resolution of production problems and drive corrective actions and long-term improvements.
• Optimize and implement internal production processes and working procedures.

We are looking for a hands‑on and responsible Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations, manage production resources, and drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

This role is suitable for candidates with strong production management experience who enjoy leading teams, solving shopfloor issues, improving efficiency, and working in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. Candidates with experience in lithium battery, electronics, automotive, or large-scale manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources according to the production plan to ensure production targets are achieved with both quality and quantity.
• Manage daily production floor operations, improve production efficiency, and ensure workplace safety and discipline.
• Monitor production progress, identify abnormalities, and take timely action to solve on‑site issues.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of production problems, and drive both short‑term corrective actions and long‑term improvement plans.
• Optimize and implement internal production processes, working procedures, and departmental systems.
• Organize daily communication, briefing, and training to continuously improve team capability and work performance.
• Build, motivate, and manage the production team to improve teamwork, discipline, and team cohesion.
• Work closely with related departments such as Quality, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, and Equipment teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of production management experience in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Experience in lithium battery, electronics, automotive, semiconductor, or lean manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, people management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good problem‑solving ability, planning ability, and sense of responsibility.
• Able to manage production pressure and respond quickly to production floor issues.
• Able to work closely with the production team.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
