Job summary

Lifeways Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities for surgical drapes and packs in our facility in Klang. You will plan manpower, monitor progress, and ensure outputs meet targets while maintaining quality and efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Familiarity with manufacturing SOPs and Medical Device standards is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production supervision
• Experience in fabric manufacturing is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer skills: able to use laptop, data entry, emails etc.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets are achieved
• Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements
• Monitor production progress, productivity, product quality, and work efficiency
• Ensure production processes are carried out according to company SOP and work instructions
• Monitor machines, materials, and production output to minimize downtime and wastage
• Identify production problems and take appropriate corrective action
• Maintain proper production records and prepare daily/weekly production reports
