Job summary

KOM Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily precast concrete production and ensure targets are met. You will monitor mould prep, casting, curing, demoulding, finishing, storage, and quality checks.

Lead and allocate production manpower, coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Planning, and Warehouse, and prepare daily production reports while safeguarding safety and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in precast concrete or related manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage production workers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
