• Plan and monitor production activities to meet customer orders, production targets and delivery schedules.
• Supervise production operators and manage manpower allocation to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor material availability, production processes, machine downtime and overall production performance.
• Ensure production activities comply with quality, safety, 5S and company requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, Maintenance and other departments on production matters.
• Prepare production reports and perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

• Supervise production operators and manage manpower allocation to ensure smooth production operations
• Monitor material availability, production processes, machine downtime and overall production performance
• Ensure production activities comply with quality, safety, 5S and company requirements
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, Maintenance and other departments on production matters
• Prepare production reports and perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Production Management or a related field
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and production-related software
• Positive thinking and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to take initiative and work independently

• Responsible, disciplined and able to work under pressure

Willing to work 5.5 days per week and overtime when required

Working Hours: Mon - Fri : 8:00am - 5:00pm Sat : 8:00am - 1:00pm
