Job summary

Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a production-focused staff member to plan and monitor daily production activities, achieve KPIs such as OEE, efficiency, downtime and quality, and coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams. You will train staff on food safety practices and help ensure regulatory compliance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Diploma level qualification required.
• 1 year experience; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Excel and Word for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and follow daily production planning and KPI tracking (OEE, efficiency, downtime, quality and safety).
• Provide training on food safety practices and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Establish and monitor work schedules and ensure adherence; address daily issues.
• Oversee GMP/GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 compliance in the production process.
• Review staff performance regularly to ensure standards of excellence.

Providing training to staff members on food safety practices and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

Establishing work schedules and ensuring that employees are following them, as well as addressing issues that may arise during the work day

Overseeing the safety of the food preparation process by inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure they meet safety standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000)
