Job summary

Sinergia Talents Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in Penang. You will oversee shift teams, allocate manpower, and drive safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing (preferably plastic injection or high-volume), strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Lean/Kaizen principles; fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily shift attendance and ensure adequate manpower.
Lead, coach, and supervise production personnel to meet safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals.
Promote teamwork and effective communication to boost employee engagement.
Monitor production output and line performance; coordinate corrective actions for quality issues.
Conduct shop floor patrols to enforce 5S, safety, and company policies.
Support Kaizen, waste reduction, and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and assist the Production Manager.
