Job summary

TopGreen Health Supplements Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Production QC Executive to oversee quality control in our health supplement and functional food production facility. You will conduct in-process inspections and verify materials, batch details, and labels to ensure GMP compliance.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in QC within food/health supplement sectors, with a Diploma or Degree in a related field and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Independent decision-making is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of QC experience in food, health supplement, pharmaceutical or related manufacturing.
• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field.
• Good understanding of GMP, food safety, quality control and production documentation.
• Able to work independently and make quality-control decisions.
• Careful, responsible and confident when handling production non-conformities.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process quality inspections during powder mixing, sachet packing, tableting and bottle-filling operations.
• Verify raw materials, packaging materials, product labels and batch details before production.
• Perform line clearance and pre-production checks.
• Monitor product weight, appearance, sealing quality and other production specifications.
• Conduct product sampling and sachet leakage testing.
• Ensure production activities comply with GMP, MESTI, hygiene requirements and company SOPs.
• Identify non-conformities and immediately report quality issues to management.
• Hold or reject products that do not meet specifications.
• Complete QC inspection records, batch documents and deviation reports accurately.
• Monitor production-area cleanliness and employee hygiene practices.
