DONGWHA ELECTROLYTE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Process Technician in Senai, Johor. This full-time role supports our manufacturing operations, performing process tasks, equipment operation, data collection and quality checks to maintain efficient production.

The technician will contribute to safety, 5S practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing processes.

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Process Technician to join our team at DONGWHA ELECTROLYTE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in Senai Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations.

What you’ll be doing

Responsible for all the production process routine such as; chemical sub divide as per Bill of Material (BOM), chemical mixing process, packaging, output inspection, washing and cleaning canister/drums.

Responsible for raw material drying, dilution and packing.

Responsible for drum manufacturing.

Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and reliable manufacturing processes.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery and systems.

Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Collaborate with the production team to implement process enhancements.

Washing and repairing canisters to ensure they are clean and in good working condition.

Perform rolling and purging of canisters according to the required procedures.

Inspect the quality drums before and after use to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements.

Conduct the moisture testing process to verify the required moisture level and product quality.

Comply with all safety, health and environmental regulations and best practices.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.

Responsible for maintaining the production instrument and site cleanliness and 5S Practice.

Requirements

Have a minimum qualification at least SPM/STPM/relevant technical certificate or diploma in a relevant field such as engineering or manufacturing.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing process.

Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues.

Proficient in operating and maintaining a variety of production equipment and machinery.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

A team player with the ability to work Independent, fast learner, multitasking and high discipline, committed, motivated, able to work under pressure, positive minded and strong emotion.
